USC Dentistry: International Periodontics & Implant Symposium 2010 (HH Zadeh)
The lecture “Minimally Invasive Periodontal Plastic Surgery,” by Dr. Homayoun H. Zadeh, waspart of the 35th annual USC Periodontal and Implant Symposium (titled “The Age of Speed” held in Los Angeles in 2010. An associate professor and an alumnus of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, Dr. Zadeh completed his advanced clinical education in periodontology and earned his PhD degree in immunology from the University of Connecticut. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He serves as the editorial reviewer for several scientific journals, and chairs a scientific study section of NIH. Dr. Zadeh also leads a research team funded by the NIH. His clinical research encompasses studies of minimally invasive surgery and tissue engineering. He is director of the USC International Periodontal and Implant Symposium and maintains a part-time private practice limited to periodontology and implants in Southern California. The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC’s Office of Continuing Oral Health Professional Education (www.uscdentalce.org) has the mission of promoting excellent training and the highest standards of oral health care nationally and internationally. Myself I look for full cream buttermilk ice cream.
I think the less sugar the better.
Thickened cream with no sugar would be best.
Sugar is bad for oral health so you might want to give preference to dairy fats rather than sugary ice cream.
